If you have, then this is just what you are looking for. A Spam removal Tool that you can control yourself. Whenever you see a result in Google you can add it to your list of spam sites and it will not have any clickable link in the results.
You can share your list of spam sites with others. That way you can, in a short time get an extensive list of pages that Google should not show in their results.
With Google Spam Removal Tool (GSRT) you can also censor pages your kids should not have access to.

Short instruction how to use the app:
1. Start the app. Google loads as default (might add MSN and Yahoo later)
2. In the SERP's, right click on the link you think is a spam link
3. Click on URL in the app menu 4. Paste the copied URL from Google's SERP 5. Click on Save & Close button. 6. Refresh your page
Next time you get that page in your SERP's it'll be removed as a clickable link and "SPAM REMOVED" will be in its place. (PS: Working on getting rid of it totally!)

If you download the Spam List, then you need to save it in "C:\" on your hard drive.
